Aiko Soluciones Inteligentes built BestRoute as a route management, attendance tracking, and package delivery tool for work teams. This SERVICE is provided by Aiko Soluciones Inteligentes and is intended to be used as is.

The BestRoute application was designed to help users manage routes, record attendance, and track package deliveries within a work group. While using the application, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, or files you choose to upload. The collected information is used solely for app functionality and is not shared with third parties.
Geolocation Data
BestRoute collects real-time GPS location data while the application is in active use. This data is essential for the core functionality of the Service and is used exclusively for the following purposes:
Route Tracking & Navigation
To display the user's current position along assigned routes and facilitate navigation to delivery or attendance points.
Delivery & Attendance Verification
To confirm the user's physical presence at a designated location when completing a delivery or recording attendance.
Team Coordination
Authorized supervisors within your work group may view the location of active team members during working hours for operational coordination purposes.
Location data is not collected in the background when the application is closed. We do not sell or share geolocation data with any third party outside of your organization.
App Permissions
Location (GPS): Used for real-time route tracking and confirming delivery or attendance at specific locations. Active only while the app is in use.
Camera: Used exclusively to scan QR codes for joining work groups or confirming deliveries. It is not used in the background or for any other purpose.
Push Notifications: Used to send route updates, delivery alerts, and attendance reminders. Users may enable or disable them at any time through device settings.
Storage: Used to allow users to upload delivery evidence, notes, or documents from their device to the system.
Log Data
In case of an application error, we collect technical data (through third-party services) known as Log Data, which may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, time and date of use, and other diagnostic information. Log Data is used solely to identify and fix technical issues and is not linked to your personal identity.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your personal information and use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
